On 29 April 2026, the Public Service Commission held a meeting with the leadership of RDRC and members of the Disciplinary Committee, focusing on staff management, professional conduct, and workplace ethics.

The session was attended by all RDRC leaders and was led by the Executive Secretary of the Public Service Commission, Mrs Angelina MUGANZA, accompanied by her delegation.

The chairperson of RDRC, Hon. Nyirahabineza Valérie, welcomed the participants and expressed her appreciation for the initiative to share knowledge aimed at enhancing the quality of work.

This engagement enabled RDRC leaders to gain deeper insights into effective staff management, and it took place as Rwanda prepares to mark International Labour Day on 1 May 2026.
